You know I don't do facefish.......
But you should if you want to see what is the best Tv coverage of the most amazing driving all year. I’ve watched it continuously for 2 days solid.
The drivers seem to try harder to win at Goodwood than anywhere.
And yes thanks for the correction above, Sir Jackie is the record holder.

Some great racing today, I enjoyed the 1960's F1 and the saloons in particular.

Actually, 'price point' is one of those expressions that make me cringe... here's a few more...
Parenting
Re-purpose
Up-scaling
Third age
I'm pretty sure none of these expressions existed when I was a kid....
Any more out there?

Although I have to admit to having used 'my bad' on a number of occasions.. I mean it's like sometimes you have to get down with the kids... like....
Just reading more coronavirus stuff this morning and came across this one in regard to dealing with the next six months:
"reframe the problem as a potential opportunity"
Reframe the problem.... really?
I remember some years ago doing some work for a big telecomms company who were based in Essex, and at some fairly high level meetings heard expressions such as "we need to socialise this", which seemed to indicate that a 'way forward' would then be found... And the final actions required for a successful outcome was to "blue sky it"... I mean really?

Very true.
Having four children who have had a shed full of friends visiting us over the years I have seen this so many times..........
I dread the day that under my roof someone dares utter ‘pull the trigger’. It’s not even valid in the correct context as you squeeze a trigger! Very true.

Kids just want to learn and if you abscond from your duty to teach them then someone else will fill that void and the chances are that it will be some semi literate gibbon on the social (media).
I seem to be in an endless battle to prevent my offspring from ending every sentence on an uplift regardless of whether it is a statement or a question. That’s my real bugbear.
