Actually I can't work it out ... BLACK lives matter and footballers "take the knee" (except Millwall )... but when a Romanian 4th official at a football match refers the assistant manager as BLACK , then the team walks off and the match is abandoned

I'm afraid that the reason is just due to a misunderstanding, in Romanian to say black, you use the N word in French "negro"...

Luckily this isn’t a Surrey thing. I did hear that someone in the village had their shed broken into and their hedge trimmer stolen.

Not at all. White Lives Matters sticker says it all. In most of the country you’d be lynched for such a sticker. If you were a public figure you’d be sacked. In Norfolk it’s something to be proud of (so long as you don’t live on the north coast of Norfolk).
