I’ve been to Scotland on hundreds of occasions and the stereotypes exist. Unhealthy and English haters. Very bizarre. I haven’t been to Wales but is it the same?
Not true, I’m English and have lived in Scotland for 26 years and have had no problems whatsoever. The Scots are the most friendly and welcoming people you could imagine, their not all SNP! I have known some English to have had problems but after ten minutes in their company I could understand why.TravelsVeryRapid said:

On one line going back to the sixteenth century found a grandmother who was in the court of the King of Scotland, James 1st.
She was used for his personal needs.
Are you now claiming to have Royal Blood ? .. although very diluted ..She was used for his personal needs.
So really I'm just a slapper.

Are you 26 years old? Gazzab said:
As I said ‘they exist’. As you mention, just look at the snp. We took over a huge co in Stirling and the haters existed. But in the main they were very friendly.
I’m sure there are some haters, probably SNP supporters but haven’t met any. Having said that not all SNP supporters hate the English, we have a couple of friends who are strong SNP who believe that Scotland’s economy would be better if they got there independence and went back into the EU. Seems bizarre to me but there we have it. Coachload of us stopped off in Perth at a restaurant (all booked - an early lunch) which I can't remember the name of but it was absolutely superb We were on a work beano on way to Edinburgh to watch the Scotland-England game... (Six Nations 2010).. en route from Aberdeen where I lived for a while and worked in for many years... (in fact right up to the first lockdown last year) Happy days indeed........
I mention this as someone's profile says they live in Perthshire

If they gain adequate funding then one assumes they can move in. Suspect the only funds they have are covid loans. What's the Finance experts opinions on TVR New co taking possession of this building from the funding side of things.

Given the delays around this project, i think it's pretty safe to say that we would hear pretty quickly if funding had been secured.......What's the Finance experts opinions on TVR New co taking possession of this building from the funding side of things.
