Can anyone living locally confirm that ANY work has started on the new TVR Shed,,,errr Factory?

Is the new roof on yet?, we are nearly into May.

It’s not being renovated for TVR.

It’s probably a steel framed building. Anything can be done wall wise.

I think the planning application was for the roof and the cladding. Its a big building so they'll need this weather if they hope to complete by July which seems very ambitious.

If TVR do not move in it would probably be ideal for Amazon.

The leeks are outside hardening off
But I've got FIVE baby rabbits in my front flower border now !!!! Parents have buggered off

We had about 10 squirrels in our back garden last year causing havoc.

I made a humane trap and rehoused them a few miles away. I’m sure it would work on the rabbits.

If TVR were going to move in there would be an update, comms and photos, so I think the freeholder realised the work needed doing anyway.

There hasn't been an update on their Facebook page since 2nd March 2020. Nothing on TVRCC News pages.

Now that the Welsh govt own the building I suppose they have to revamp it anyway in order to lease it out to TVR or someone else.

I suspect that realistically the state of the roof got to the point where if it wasn't repaired it would effectively damage the rest of the fabric of the building beyond repair. (The building has been empty for a large number of years now) At this point, the owner has a choice, knock it down and start again, or carry out a repair with the hope of saving the main structure. This is compeltely independant of anyone renting or occupying the site........

The TVR project is DEAD, it’s been a total disaster from day one.
