Stop it! - you will start off the debate about whether white powder coating is better than red powder coating or vice versa etc biggrin

And why would Tesla want to waste their time with supplying TVR?

Or what colour dust caps people were going to order that went with the wheels. That was a classic considering only a single car existed at the time and it was only a prototype.

Tyres on the Aston are filled with helium, massively reduces unsprung weight and dramatically improves handling. It’s definitely the way forward. Also reduces tyre wear leading to major cost savings.. plus, take a lungful and if you can avoid passing out you can properly amuse peeps at bbq’s by doing authentic Donald Duck impressions... it’s a win win... and like MC says, not a lot of people know that..

Eider void it though as you could end up with quite a nasty ruddy mallardy doing that.

You could say the same about Rover and the RV8. Tesla is there to sell batteries and to do that they need to make electric cars more commonplace. They've cracked saloon cars, are trying pickups, trucks etc. Their own sportscar wasn't that successful - why not let someone else have a go ?

Anyway - when did this thread start worrying about relevance, realism and practicality ?

Looks lovely, such a timeless design, at least to my eyes... which counts for a lot as I’m internationally acknowledged as a man of discerning taste and being disgustingly rich my opinions are never wrong.
