Snetterton 300 track day 05 September 2019
Discussion
Finally all ready to go.
After finding my front splitter had become a teenager (dragging its knuckles along the ground) and replacing that, I then had lambda sensor issues.
I actually got as far as ordering a replacement, then decided that it was probably alright.
Crazy day, ending up deciding not to bring my trailer because my latest Saab has blancmange for rear suspension.
So it will be an enjoyable drive (I hope) tomorrow starting at 5am, on Toyo R888Rs.
A17, A10, A134, A11, for those of you who know their geography.
See you all tomorrow, bright and early (well, less bright in my case).

You could do with a team manager
A decent run for possibly the most used Tvr Chim over the last 10 years.
It’s certainly been tested.
Have a great day.

A decent trailer
A decent tow car
A decent night's sleep
A decent breakfast
A decent right knee
But thanks for your good wishes Alun!
Another good day at Snetterton on Thursday.
Weather remained dry and pretty much sunny all day. A fully booked day although you wouldn't believe it on track as there was always plenty of room, (Well it is a large track!).
Great to see the lads again, shame there wasn't more but I guess the rest of you were just polishing at home
Just a few little snaps which I nicked from the javelin site .
The 5.5.

Peter you are obviously more Tec savvy than you let on, I looked at the first few pages of photos, saw there was 1500 plus and gave up. I really enjoyed the day. I was quite rusty to start with but things improved when Mat turned up and set the car up for me. Also over lunch we solved quite a few of the country's problems, but that did involve me becoming a benign dictator and embarking on an extensive program of sterilisation.
