There is no easy answer

- there is. There’s him being confronted by two blokes when vipers is there, who ask why he’s being an idiot and then letting it escalate to a decent headbut I
Have come to the conclusion that the above method of two strangers walking past during one of his rages and them getting involved would work wonders if it was viable

The above wouldn't work though, there is never a guarantee with methods like the above, people should never be trusted when there is much at stake

Should one of the two paid for (or not) by you strangers talk while in police custody, your life would be worse than ever for possibly several years

Need to keep thinking for now, surely some others here could suggest a solution other than by law

He needs to 'have an accident' ...well away from your vicinity.
I don't move in shady circles, but I did hear of a 'friend of a friend' who arranged somesuch for the (acquitted-on-a-technicality) rapist of his daughter...
I would like to think that I would do similar myself... but it's all a bit heavy.

Very difficult.

I know of many similar occurrences over the years, (working in the building trade) these were nearly entirely occurrences with a British workforce and ranged from, effective- comical-failure due to the other party engaging in tit for tat retaliation. One occasion the usual, “bully” ended up so beaten that he suffered long term injuries.

Nothing guaranteed. Works in the films, sometimes works in the real world. So not recommended.

Saying that, under exceptional family circumstances……..who knows.

Frozen sausages in his lawn?

Surprised that hadn't been mentioned yet.

Failing that, "Nuke him from Orbit, it's the only way!"

I best behave for a few more days. After his threats to kill; 'you're dead', a lot of swearing and 'I'll wrap that fking hammer round his neck' its been made clear by the polis that he made a formal complaint because I called him a 'wker' and he should 'ps off'. After I uttered those two nasty words in response to his tirade of abuse and threats, he said, 'calling me a wker now?' and when I said yes, he said, 'that'll do nicely and I'll ps off when I want to' and immediately called the bizzies. As a result, I have to attend the local cop shop for a 'voluntary interview' on Saturday cos I swore at him. cop

Around 2 years ago during another exchange, I called him a 'dhead' after his 5 minutes of verbal abuse. He said, 'I've got you now' and, wait for this, he dialled 999 in front of me. The police were there within 10 minutes. I did ask if they were going to charge him with wasting police time or misuse of the 999 system but no.

He’s got to be related to the lot next to me; the MO is identical. I got called a see you next Tuesday 5 times (amidst other epithets) for asking the guy not to trespass on my property and not to obstruct a right of way serving it; after I insisted (politely) he cease the abuse, he called me ‘c’ word again so ended up on his backside several feet away. Having provoked a reasonably foreseeable robust response, he then called the police and came up with a witness statement from a family member who was nowhere in the vicinity… I attended for voluntary interview and was shown pictures of him with a face like a haddock (I know exactly how I pushed him over and I made no contact with the injured areas of his ugly chops), and then duly provided with a section 9 statement where the family member described me attacking with sustained blows from fists and feet.

Perjury, PTC of J, and the initial public order offence represented by the abuse/provocation counted for nowt with the BiB, who readily accepted the ‘evidence’ was over-egged, because ‘he complained first’.

I shouldn’t have reacted; I wish I had reacted with a lot less restraint.

The police have since failed to act on multiple complaints from various sources of abuse, harassment, threats, ASB, and extensive Class B mis-use (including the fumes intruding into the two attached houses through party walls).

Softly softly is the way, and records/evidence, and complaints, and escalating complaints; but do not ever underestimate the capacity of the authorities to duck out, or the scrotes to play their incompetence.

I had an Irish female neighbour who told me to fk Off and I replied "you can too , you ( Pikie with a Y appears to be censored)" ... 2 hours later I had the Police around for racial abuse.

But I also had another acquaintance who had trouble with a neighbour , he got his daughter to report the neighbour to the Police for voyeurism of her undressing .... The Police responded immediately and issued a formal warning ... It was all fabricated of course smile

No-one commenting on the Autocar articles? Launch date of the "new" Griffith is now 2024.

Nothing matters except the answer to the question "Have TVR secured funding?"

Everything else is irrelevant. They either have funding sufficient to get to production, lets charitably say at least £25M as an absolute minimum (£50M would still be tight imo) or they don't.

Seems mostly the 'same old' same old.

"Thereafter, two more cars, believed to be an electric saloon and SUV, are planned for production, although the timeline for their launches has yet to be confirmed." rofl

Shame the Autocar article isnt written on actual paper. I could use it to wipe my bottom

"We are ready to start work on the manufacturing site and build towards a 2024 launch.”

Then further down the article...

We havent yet decided where the manufacturing site will be

🤣🤣🤣

The proposed 2024 delivery date was based on TVR signing the lease for the factory in Q1 2022. That was missed so they said Q2. That was missed so they said (insert a date of your choice).....

TVR have been courting Steve Cropley so Autocar wont be asking too many difficult questions.

And how do you trust a company that says 'We’ll be working with a completely lovely bunch of secret squirrels' in relation to the planned EV? Here's a nice pic of it.

They certainly know how to play the system.

The officer who said I had to go for my interview was less than impressed when I said the force was institutionally inert but I'm not sure he knew what I meant.

Do we know they have secured more than £25m from Ensorcia? I thought LE said multi million which could mean anything and they did pay back the Welsh loan.

Minor point: Ensorcia Metals is a division of Ensorcia who are a crude oil and gasoline corporation in North America but who hope to be mining in South America.

Whoever/whatever wrote that, English is not their first language. Or second, third or fourth, at a guess.

No, we don't. They secured enough to pay off the Welsh loan. More than that is anyone's guess, but the lack of actual progress is bit of a "tell".

Describing them as a 'gasoline corporation' is a bit generous.. From the reports on their accounts I can see they have very limited turnover.

I know it's not very scientific, but Linkedin only lists 2 employees, for Enscorcia metals its a whopping four...
