Mine is off for it's MOT. Just inside the month for it to receive 13 months.

Now, do I take it or my wife's MX5 to see my son in York next weekend? Yes, yes, I know. It isn't a question. But it will be weather dependent! Any frost and the associated salted roads and she'll be back in the garage.

Well, either the helicopter (long term patients will understand) made a heavy landing or TVR have opened the doors of the factory.

A 3.7 magnitude earthquake has struck South Wales at Ebbw Vale. wink

It certainly wasn't an update - well a public one anyway. The last factory one was 22/4/2022. sleep

Is that your starter pots. How big do you move them into.
I grew peppers and chillis from the seeds from supermarket veg, I think I needed one plant per big pot though, so may have to get bigger pots this year, and start earlier...

They're 10cm dia pots..... so plugs go into these first... depending on how quick they grow next pots will be bout double (say 20cm) then final pots (maybe 30-40cm) in two - three months time.... I pot on by carefully tipping the plant out of the pot and look at the root formation, easy to see if they're getting a bit pot bound...........

Thread resurrection (well, its been 3 days but exclusively the gardening club).

For those who may be forgiven for thinking TVR had packed up (11 months since last 'update')) there have been some confirmation statements at Companies House for various TVR company names. So they are, on paper at least, still in business (not sure that's the right word). At least they are consistent: no money, no factory, no staff, no cars and no updates. rolleyes

No, that one is still outstanding. They used the Covid loan to pay off another loan to the same lender that was due at the exact same time. We paid for the arrangement fees and first year's interest.

I have an idea.
Mr. Edgar has clearly given up his dream of ever building and selling big IC engine sports cars.

How about instead of cars, he should start a gardening enterprise?
At least he has easy 24 hour access to expert guidance, by simply logging on here.
There was no one to help before and Private Godfrey the Welsh Minister, was useless. He knew less about Welsh car factories, than Welsh cakes.

Not sure which area of gardening, would achieve the best profitability.
To avoid the previous fiasco again, a start-up not needing much money would be best, then the same problems shouldn't arise.

A snappy name needs to be chosen for the new business.

The TVR Garden Griffith.
TVR Bog Gardens Agogo.
TVR Celebrity Love Gardens.

Politics in Wales today Plaid Cymru are in partnership with Welsh Labour.

“Plaid Cymru has called for Eluned Morgan to be replaced as Health Minister and has accused Labour ministers of acting with “same arrogance” as Tories in refusing to shoulder responsibility.

Plaid Cymru Health spokesperson, Rhun ap Iorwerth, made the comments in the aftermath of the announcement on Monday that Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) was again being put into special measures due to growing concerns regarding safety.

Members of the board agreed to step down due to serious concerns from the health minister regarding the board’s performance, leadership and culture.

Speaking ahead of his speech to Plaid Cymru’s Spring Conference in Llanelli, Mr ap Iorwerth broadly welcomed the placing of the board back in special measures this week and said it should never have been brought out of special measures in 2020. But he attacked the decision to “humiliate and effectively sack” the Independent Members of the board.”

So it’s hardly a big surprise that we haven’t got the TVR matter resolved properly when our NHS is in the hole again.
