What’s the story with TVR Parts, and people like Racetech Direct? Are they all part of the same group or TVR Newco?
TVR Parts was set up by newco in Dec 2020. It is still a dormant company and they don't sell anything. It sort of sums up the new TVR company really. The previous 'official' parts company was Racing Green who operate under their own name now but are no longer 'official'.

I’ve had an epic fail so far this year… first seven plants hit by aphids, two succumbed one of which was a padron, 5 survived but lost the main leaves, the new growth is small I don’t think they’ll fruit this year… looking reasonably good are reaper, bhut jolokia, 7 pot, two scotch bonnets and two cayennes….. fingers crossed.. your padron is looking good rev GeneralBanter said:

Motaclan have taken over the TVR Parts business (previously "Racing Green"). I don't know the back story, but Motaclan stepped in late 2022, and certainly seem to be addressing the 'NIL' stock issues that were increasingly affecting TVR Parts. I believe T-car windscreens are now becoming available - along with re-furbished (minor control) ECUs for the Speed Six cars.
It made a lot of sense that Motaclan - being a bigger parts supplier - is able to use its purchasing power and knowledge of companies able to do small 'batch' runs, to take over this business.
Lets hope they can get the Tuscan front indicators back on the shelf!

I still like the look of it, even though it is a poke team.
If I wanted a sports coupe with a bit of muscle, there is little to choose from, especially if you want something rare and a bit special.
How to Build a Car is on at the moment on Yesterday I think. May be a repeat of a series from another channel. The last one was a Morgan 6 with the BMW engine: 340hp and 0-60 in 4.2 secs. If I wanted a sports coupe with a bit of muscle, there is little to choose from, especially if you want something rare and a bit special.
I'm not really into Morgan's but seeing it being built, it looked pretty good. Price from £88,000 but a long waiting list. Not as long as TVR's though.......
Almost at the same time that Les Edgar began his dream of building and selling a new TVR sports car, another British man also decided to build and sell a new motor car.
One of the two men has now achieved his ambition. Appointed dealers have been active, initial customers have received their cars and motoring journalists are testing and reviewing the new car.
It is possible.
Who succeeded? Was it dreamy Les, or get it done Jim?
