This where we are after 10 years. 10 year wedding anniversary is meant to be aluminium or tin so given its a car seems appropriate.
what a list, respect.its like keeping TVR alive when its 'dead' all those years, I wonder why, sure they are/were not stupid, what were they thinking you wonder.
most stories we know what they said, but what went on in their minds?

A child using the internet for 10 minutes, could discover that developing, testing, passing regulatory rules, fitting out a production facility for a new car, costs hundreds of millions of Pounds.
Les Edgar and his team of 'experienced experts' would have known that from the outset.
They just played a game and made sure they never spent serious money, or committed to contracts, because it would have never been recovered.
INEOS managed to begin production, coincidentally during the TVR 'timescale', so it was possible, but I think the up to production cost might have been £1 billion. That sum was even having the luck of finding a ready to use car manufacturing factory.
Thank you to the author, for taking the time to write details of the sorry tale.

Nice one Iain….
Les, if you’re listening I’d like to make an offer to buy the rights to TVR from your consortium//mates/artists…

Are you thinking of a particular type of artist?
As for raising a 'few bob', it won't be many.
The trade mark name cannot be worth very much.
The Les Edgar 10 year plan (promises, promises, promises, all unfulfilled) has devalued the historically associated brand.
Another way to do this is not buy the trade mark, but simply register a company name.
It appears that Aston Martin Limited was not registered. The word Lagonda tends to be in all the group company names these days.
Mr Michael Wells must have spotted this last year, so he is now managing director of Aston Martin Limited, a dormant company registered at a small bungalow in Bristol. -

Hmmm...... seems the "experienced experts" at TVR Electric Vehicles are a bit slack. Companies House notice today.
'First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off.'
Looks like they've failed to submit their confirmation statement due in April.
Just the sort of thing a potential investor would prefer not to see.

Whats the difference between TVR Electric vehicles and TVR automotive? The latter of which looks in order on companies house. Or to put it another way, does it matter if TVR Electric vehicles is struck off?'First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off.'

....I think I get it now.
TVR Electric Vehicles lists Daniel Layton as a director. He's the chairman of Ensorcia Metals. I guess the Ensorcia partnership is off then lol
Oh well, back to the drawing board for funding then
TVR Electric Vehicles was called TVR Manufacturing before the Ensorcia partnership. Daniel Layton came on board as a director. TVR Automotive remains the parent company.TVR Electric Vehicles lists Daniel Layton as a director. He's the chairman of Ensorcia Metals. I guess the Ensorcia partnership is off then lol

I imagine somebody just forgot to file the form.....
Absolutely but TVR is run by "experienced experts". Any idea what that means? It does not remind their external accounts, who are the people who often end up filing these forms for smaller companies.
There will be more letters to the directors and someone will action it sooner or later.
