I have a red 350i wedge which is let down by it's bonnet. The paint has gone a little cloudy in the sunlight and it has a star shaped crack where the previous owner left a spanner on the plenum and then shut the bonnet. I have tried light wet sanding and polishing (obviously I can't fix the crack myself!) but it doesn't really work. I am not after a show standard concourse finish as that would show up the rest of the car!! Can anyone recommend a place in the Bristol area or reasonably close who might be able to sort this at a reasonable price?

Highly recommend Honiton Bodyshop. Does a lot of TVR work, did a fantastic job on my Chimaera.

Agreed, had my car painted by them last year, did a fantastic job and are the type of people you can trust. As a side note, I would get a quote for a front end respray as just painting a bonnet will be quite had to match with the rest of the front especially if your car is metallic and is light light colour.
