I've spoken to Tankersley Manor, and they seem quite happy to let us meet there. They would like me to find out some numbers, so can we start putting this event on our PH diaries please? (Saturday 15th. March)Also anyone intending to stay over on the Saturday night, get your rooms booked!

Ted, I haven't mentioned the PH name, for reasons previously discussed, keeping it to "an internet based car club". Shall we get this event in the PH list now? Also, is it possible to combine all the threads I started on this theme, perhaps in general gassing, or shall I just reactivate them by posting another message?

I've just spoken to the head chef at Tankersley, and there's plenty of capacity for food etc. He can organise a hog roast or other informal eating. Or we can use the restaurant/pub. What do people want, and can I please have an idea on numbers etc?
