My Griff 500 speedo seems to have developed a mind of its own today. Is the diff sensor easy to get at, and which bit (if any) do I dismantle and clean? Thanks in advance for any advice.

If it's anything like the Chimaera's (which is highly likely since they share underpinnings), it's a b*gger to get to... -Manek-

Hmmm, speedo stable today. Just another TVR quirk?

The speedo sensor picks up from a castlated ring at the diff. end of one of the driveshafts (can't remember which side). It's not difficult to get at IF the cars off the ground. The only sensible thing you can do is to reset the gap but I suspect it's on its way out. Edited by Bob C on Monday 24th September 15:55
