There is a good debate on the TVRCC forum about this, If you are a member it might be worth a look.
Not sure what's left to debate, frankly...
Well if you had a warranty or a deposit maybe you would be interested or maybe you just cared about what happens to TVR frankly...
Edited because I cannot spell for shit.

I think most current (and indeed potential) TVR owners are simply past caring now actually.
And it is fair to say that we have debated it all ad nauseum already and nothing new has happened since then as far as I am aware.
Have to admit I have put the whole thing behind me and have not logged onto TVRCC, but can understand why those with warranties or deposits might be interested.
Just feel the thing has been done to death and that until some concrete news comes out I shall consign myself to owning one of the finest pieces of recent british automotive history.
I care about TVR deeply, but until (or if) some good news comes out I dont feel inclined to take part in any further debates on it's future or comment further.

I don't think thats true, I agree most TVR owners don't like the situation but I think they still care.
Yes, you're right. I do still care inasmuch as I love my TVR and am sad about what has happened, but personally I'm sick, weary and past caring about what fantasies Smolenski is going to make a Press Release about next. As far as I'm concerned he has destroyed TVR and I now drive a classic car from a dead manufacturer just like the owners of Triumph Stags, MG Midgets, Healey 3000s, etc.

Pretty much how I feel too.

Until/unless the marque falls into the hands of people with some grasp of reality (which I believe will happen at some point, but then again I'm a positive thinker to the point of being naive) that's my exact assessment of the situation. I think I'm not alone in saying that I'm far beyond lending any credibility to whatever is said/done by the current owner(s) anymore.
