I suppose TVR will use the Tamora suspension set-up for the Tuscan 3.6 when it becomes available.
This would make sense, and will give the Tuscan the same praised roadholding as the Tamora.

I shall arrange to drive both back to back and will, of course, post my conclusions.

Has anyone actually driven a Standard Tuscan on a track? I'm afraid the S is a little beyond my budget .

Well, the Tuscan has got a bigger boot. I think that's about it!

"To me the Tuscan is a step up, like a Cerbera is a step up from a Tuscan."

I would never, ever consider a Cerbera a step up from a Tuscan, especially as the Cerbera is such an old car now . They're just different.

In terms of suspension setup, I think the later Tuscans and the Tuscan S share a similar setup (the S being adjustable) - and I think this is also similar to the Tamora. I think the biggest difference is that the Tamora is softer, and doesn't have the variable rate steering rack of the Tuscan which some people don't like (they think it's too sharp - when you get used to it it's great imho!).

I think a Tamora maybe nearer what you are used to if you are coming from an Elise.

Of course a Tuscan has much more road prescence.

Cheers,

Andy.
