I got fed up with Autoglym as it left lots of residue dust on the car and I was never convinced about its durability

Autoglym is a bit iffy durability wise. I think of it as a Showroom polish (which I think they call it as well themselves!). It's certainly good for bringing up a good shine, but stick it out in the good ol' British weather, and it doesn't last long.....

Not just me then!!!! I am now using Turtle Wax High Gloss Easy Shine Car Wax and it does a very good job indeed.Around £4 a tin from all good motor factors etc.I'd ike to try these fancy dan polishes mentioned earlier but the GLW would go ballistic if she knew how much they are.....pass me the cheese!

Try the Zymol that you can buy from Halfords. Its around 6-7 quid and its the dogs bits. This is coming from Mr Auto Glym too. I have spent a fair amount of the green stuff on Glym products, and they are very good. But as far as wax goes, Zymol kicks bottom. Smells nice too...
