Basingstoke to Alton road is a good one, but Whitchurch to Kingsclere is better (albeit shorter).

Did it again on Saturday with a mate who has a Boxster S and lives in London. He and his missus (passenger) were almost lost for words when we parked up at Watership Down.

The meet is a good idea. I'll mention it to ????, my mysterious neighbour and a couple of friends (Agent X from Burghclere, who has a Chimaera 500, and Citizen Y from Old Windsor, who has a blue/green/etc Tuscan).

Guys.

New thread on this topic. I scouted out a route - I enjoyed it I'm sure there's better and someone else can find it and take us out on it....

The pub needs to know how many and are happy to accomodate a "car club" so...check it out and reply.

Not been to any PH/TVR events before but since the proposed route appears to go past my front door thought it was time to come in from the cold.

Keep a virtual spot for me, unfortuantely (well, sort of ) I am playing at Lydden Hill that day, otherwise I would have been there.

I'll be there, with the missus. Presume we'll be dealing with food orders when we get to The Gamekeepers (which is indeed a very nice place to spend an afternoon).

Don - need to drop the car off at Fernhurst later that day, so will skip lunch because they close at 4.00 on Sundays. Still in for the drive though.

Please note that my visit to Fernhurst is for a 5th gear issue, so if anyone hears a Chimaera that they think is being gratuitously revved, it's just me playing around in 4th!
