Right, the disclaimer, this topic has nothing to do with immodest or lewd spark plugs, sorry!

It has everything to do with my recent TVR purchasing experience.

It started on this website, brilliant advice and friendly people with a willingness to take time out to answer my long list of questions!

I eventually settled on a beautiful Chimaera 450 sold to me through the good services of Adrian Blyth. I am impressed by the obvious care and attention that Adrian puts into sourcing and selling these marvelous vehicles. The entire deal from first sight, to negotiation, to close, was professional and honest!

Today I paid a visit to David Batty at 'The Garage' in Compton. I have a sound mechanical knowledge but am by no means an expert, so after a week or so of TVR ownership, I needed to bounce a few questions on odd noises heard, quirks, etcetera off someone knowledgeable and experienced. My visit to David's garage was outstanding! David obviously has a love for all things TVR, his experience seems boundless and my questions were answered concisely.

I highly recommend owning a TVR, and if you can do it and deal with people like Adrian and David, your experience will be richer!

End of shameless plugs...

AGREED
Dropped my car there yesterday morning for a service. He phoned for a cab to take me to the station, but when he heard it would be a thirty minute wait, he gave me a lift himself. He was on his own so this involved locking up the garage etc.
Don't want to recommend David any further as he is busy enough - can he please remain a badly kept secret.
