Aggressive drivers

Nubbin,
I agree, On the way to work on the M4, glanced at my speedo and thought, I can't be going THAT fast, speedo must have broken... Got to work glanced at my watch and thought, that's funny my watch must have stopped, I don't usually get to work this early
Seems driving a TVR slows down time

there was an advertisement some time ago for a car, can't remember the marque.
It showed a greyhound trap, with five dogs leaping out to chase the rabbit. In the sixth trap, there was a cheetah, sitting comfortably and watiching the dogs depart. The tagline said something about not needing to try too hard (the cheetah was always going to go faster, so what's the point in racing?).
I generally take the same attitude with boy-racers, but I do like the corner trick below!

"The Audi S4 Quattro. Nothing to prove"
I liked that ad so much, I rang Audi and they arranged for the agency to send me a poster-sized copy free of charge.

We all know we can out-blast the jap and german offerings off the road which explains why TVRs fly the British flag with pride
Nothing but misplaced arrogance.
Having had a TVR I know how much *fun* they are, and how quick they are. But no matter what you drive, there's always *something* faster available.
I have to agree about the responsible driving bit, but hey I'm human, so occaisionally do something which in the cold light of day would be considered silly. I challenge 90% of TVR drivers to tell me they've *never* risen to the bait
