Ramps look good! Do you need a lot of elbow grease to adjust them while the car is on the ramps? Is there some kind of adjusting tool (can't see a lever or something)?

I got them off ebay last year, the guy periodically makes a batch then sell them so you have to wait for them to turn up. £170 unpainted. I'll PM you details

They are raised by a 19mm drive socket. It's best to raise them as far as possible before driving the car on because the energy needed to turn the drive is proportionally harder the lower they are

Yep, It'll take me a few sessions before I'm comfortable with all the articulated component welding and pivot bolts. Those axle stands were an inch short of the chassis rails at full extension but I still felt better with them there
