LOL Thank you never again it was scary i will stick to organised track days with the Club in future and use the Vixen the Tuscan is such a great touring road car and as the saying goes great road cars dont make great track cars but it was fun in a scary sort of a way although the Vixen seems good at both certainly was amazing at Millbrook
Andrew
I'll agree with that - absolute chaos with people going everywhere, no briefing, no warning we were going on track, I was putting my seatbelt on along raddion!

The Escort certainly had!
Was this a general free-for-all onto the track at Spa?
Odd to see a safari spec Escort on tarmac, let alone alongside a classic Tuscan; it looks the wrong scale. laugh

It was Track session 7 which was general cars earlier pictures where session 6 which had less traffic and faster cars i felt uncomfortable as there was no drivers briefing and mixed abilities on track together.
I am looking forward to the TVRCC track day in September where there will be three levels of ability and drivers briefing and instructors for those that wish so the Vixen will be my choice for that day

We shall see. With the original intake system which is 80 mm diameter I recently obtained 391BHP at Surrey Rolling Road.

I have just increased the intake size to a fraction under 100 mm and awaiting a super high flow K & N filter and will then check if there is any increase.

Who knows smile

No, if only you had shown me that item before!

That is an aluminium adapter ring that I made out of a sheet of aluminium i had kicking around the garage. It just makes a nice flange to push the new 102 mm internal diameter hose onto.
