Triumph 2000 wheels ?

Hope someone can help.I have an old trailer which I think has Triumph 2000 wheels 4.5”PCD
Is there a modern wheel that will fit ,just need a spare,want to know what to look for in the scrappy

I'm not sure there's anything modern. Some Honda/Rover cars had the same - some early Japanese used 4.5in (or 114.3mm)

The Triumph 2000 and Stag have a 4 stud pattern with a 4.5" (114.3mm) PDC.
