Is my brake calliper seized?
Discussion
Car went in for a service the other day and one of the recommendations is that the rear discs and pads need changing as they are heavily worn. This is no problem as we will change the discs/pads this week.
However, they did mention the rear calliper could be corroded on the Driver Side but said they/we would have to check.
How can I tell this? Is it simply a case of seeing if the piston can be pushed back into the calliper and operates properly without binding?
I can do pads and discs, but am not very experienced when it comes to the calliper issues so any advice would be appreciated.

I know MX5s have a tendency to get seized callipers, one wheel should be noticeably hotter as long as you've driven gently.
I can get calliper rebuild kits, would something similar be available?
