4x4 - Suspension & brake upgrade options? (Road use mainly)

Hi all

Assuming a purchase for a car does not go through, I am considering upgrading suspension, brakes and tuning the diesel Jeep I have (3.0CRD).

What I have seen previously when searching for this, is that there are not many options out there?

Anyone helps with options, costs etc???

ps. Car mainly used on road, with occasional off-road through fields and obvious snow benefits.
