Anybody experimented with longer wishbones on a McStrut?

Incorrect. A lower RC means a larger roll couple between the CG and RC, which results in MORE roll.
OP, when you say it migrates, where does it go? Are we talking lateral or vertical motion? Under what suspension motions?
I stand corrected its been a few years since ive raced now. OP, when you say it migrates, where does it go? Are we talking lateral or vertical motion? Under what suspension motions?
I shall point one thing out that i found when racing RC cars. The RC was a huge tuning feature along with droop they tended to change the way the car felt and gripped more than anything else.
However it was very easy to go to far with adjustments etc and go the other way. The other thing is sometimes the car felt brilliant but id be off the pace. Have a little mooch about the pits find other people running different RC and changed mine - The car felt horrible however i was lapping back at in the mix at the top of the time sheets.
Hi Carl.
Sorry, should clarify there, the Astra experience is from owning a normal one for a good while, and driving my mates 888 coupe and VXR.
The mid engine Astra we have only driven around a farm yard so far! The data is from my spreadsheet from me trying to come up with approximate starting roll rates, and just plain having a play!
And they aren't that wooley anyway, I maybe worded that strongly, just not quite as nice as my double wishbones.
I was more asking whether anybody else had experimented in this direction.
