Are these okay (I think OE is Bilstein for my Merc)?

Anyone used Carshockabsorbers.co.uk?

Thanking you all in advance.

My 300E-24 shocks are from a Merc dealer and are Sachs.

The E has a few variations based on the points system, not sure about the SL.

I would want all 4 to be the same though.

I'm replacing the rear pair cause I bust one in a pothole. No idea what's on the front, as and when I get around to replacing them I may well match them with the back.

With the E there are a few product numbers for suspension parts depending on model and numbers.

When you buy from someone that just lists one number then you can't tell if its the right part for your car or not, so you could end up with part sportline suspension upfront and standard at the rear leading to it driving differently.

Not sure if the SL has different options, but that's why I'd rather get the same all round. An axle pair is fair enough when one needs emergency replacement.

But to answer the question Sachs supply OEM parts for some Mercedes models so original Sachs should be of good quality.

New shocks have arrived smile

The top mount is two small rubber doughnuts. I assume the larger doughnut goes underneath and the smaller one on top. Would this be correct?
