Hi

I'm in the process of purchasing an Alfa Giuila which is unregistered yet is being used as a demonstrator. I can only assume that the car has been washed several times and the resultant paint work is not perfect. My plan is to have the car ceramically coated before collection and therefore will probably need a paint work detail in preparation for the coating.

Can you recommend a professional detailer based in and around Leicester. Many thanks for your help

Another recommendation for Scott at Beau Technique from me. Been using him for a few years and he does a great job. Only issue is he tends to get booked up a few months in advance.

Thank you for the recommendations.
What's the general cost of a typical new car detail and ceramic coating? £500/£600 all in?

Yes that sounds about right for a Giulia sized car. My new car prep includes Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light as standard, with the usual upgrades for glass, wheels, leather etc.

Enjoy the new car.

cheers

500/600 with a coating is cheap. Crystal serum application on its own is £200.
