Bilstein rear shock failure

I've had a rear shock fail after just ~5,000 miles/14 months (part of B14 kit).
I'm pretty sure the warranty was 1 year through the company that I purchased from (German distributor) - am waiting to hear back from them.

Either way, after a phone call with Bilstein yesterday, regardless of if the shock is still in warranty they would want to inspect and repair the part rather than provide a new one.

No good to me as the car is a daily and can't be off the road for that length of time. I'm happy to just take the hit and buy the individual part but it appears they do not sell individual parts to the public??

Anyone able to advise on a UK distributor who could order the part for me?
