Does anyone know of a company who can make a custom anti roll bar? Also what kind of price I should expect to pay?

It would be an exact copy of a bar on the car but an increased diameter.

There have been various group buys for these ARBs but they never get off the ground so I'd just like to be able to take mine off and give them to someone as a pattern.

The front bar has ends which would need to be machined down.

You'll pay a lot for a one off dependent on detail. If someone has started a group buy then where were they going to go with it?

One group buy which failed was in America and the other somewhere in Russia.

It seems they hit a hurdle when the turned down ends are mentioned.

Sheffield wasn't called Steel City for no reason, same as Google is your friend:

https://www.tinsleybridge.co.uk/
http://www.springcoil.co.uk/springs/suspension-spr...
http://www.tslturton.com/

Ask if they do one-offs.
Then hold the phone away from your ear as he laughs, then cry as he gives you a price.
You'll need a better picture to provide them with than that ^ piss poor attempt though.

I think it was Turton I contacted many years ago, they said they could do me some, but in the end I realised it was so simple we could make them ourselves (they were one dimensional with basic bends) so we bought a bar bender at a local auction and made a batch, then took them off for heat treating.
You might want to look into redesigning the end if it's awkward.

Excellent thanks for the links!

I don’t want to re-design anything as space is limited. It was going to be $1000 before shipping for the group buy ones.

I’d just give them my bars for the pattern.

Crossing my fingers.

I've used Spring Coil for custom suspension springs before and they were really helpful and reasonably priced, anti roll bars are more difficult to tool up for though, be worth giving them a call. Tinsley Bridge definitely make anti roll bars, but they're a bit big to be doing one-off's.

I'll vouch for spring coil, I use their springs on the buggy and other things.

However, depending on the actual size/diameter of the arb, I may be able to make them for you if you drop me a PM.
