MX5 mk3 Front Brake Piston Dust Boot Replacement

So.....do I need to take the piston out or does it just pop off and I press a new one in?

I’ve changed the pads but if the caliper has to be dismantled I think I’ll leave it to a pro. How much do you think it’ll cost if I go to a garage/ specialist?
