I don’t what year that is, but also check the strut to wheel hub situation. Certainly on F30s there is a pip on the strut or hub that shears off when overloaded. It is to avoid an overload and expensive damage to the bodywork at the upper shock tower. It happened to me, hence I went down a wheel size when the tyres wore out.

I thought it was toast but confirmation is welcome. The tyre isn't deflated and no warning on TPMS. I was travelling slowly so that's probably just as well. I'm surprised the wheel is unmarked, but I'll get it checked when the tyre is off. Now I have to look for replacements for the front. I'll probably take the opportunity to get rid of the runflats. Maybe Michelin PS4 or Goodyear Eagle F1.
Yes, in technical terms that is b*ggered!

It must be deflated with a hole like that - which suggests there is an issue with your TPMS.

Definitely worth getting the wheel checked too, and non-runflats might save you from a repeat scenario.

Can you put run flats and normal tyres on the car together, appreciate you’re doing different axles.

All or nothing if it were me.
