Z4 E89 suspension
Discussion
My Z4 has failed its MOT on the front near side suspension leaking oil.
It’s the adaptive suspension which, I have been quoted at £750 for that one to be replaced. I would have expect the garage to tell me you need to do all 4 corners or at the very lease across the same axel.
The rear off side has misting listed as an advisory, so in the not too distant future could well need replacing.
To replace all corners is pretty steep at around £3000 on a car that’s worth about £10k.
Thinking to go down the after market with a Bilstein kit (non adaptive) which are around £1000, not fussed on the lowering aspect.
Are there issues with doing this or a better alternative?
