HI. WHAT WOULD THE EFFECT BE IF I FITTED SPACERS TO FRONT WHEELS TO INCREASE TRACK WIDTH? REGARDS MICK

It would change the king pin offset, either for better or worse depending what offset you were sarting with and which direction you are moving it. Basically it is a change that can make a significant difference to the steering feedback, you also need to consider whether the wheel would still clear the bodywork through the full range of suspension and steering travel.

I run the equivelent of about 1.5" spacers on my race car.

Fine for the track but wouldn't consider that much for the road, it kicks back through the steering wheel REALLY bad and the steering is pretty heavy.

Most cars can tolerate 1/2 inch no problem.

PS. Turn off the caps lock.
