Anyone got any experience of these for fast road / the odd track day

Yeah I've had them on my car for 5 or 6 months. They work well, I haven't encountered brake fade since fitting them and they've lasted two/three track days and ~ 8,000 miles.

how are they for braking when cold

fine, pretty close to an OEM road pad in my experience.

used them on my RS200 lookalike on the road and at Croft track day - did start to fade a little at the end of the 20min session but were being used hard
on the road they were fine from cold (not quite as sharp as standard but certainly good enough)

1240kg 290bhp 4wd turbo and apparently 2nd quickest out of 60

put some on my road used mk2 golf yeaterday. very noticeable improvement over ferodo std pads.
