Fitting dust seals

I have some 4 pot brembo calipers that I am trying to fit dust seals to. I have the rubben in the grove but can not get the outer ring into the body of the caliper. It feels like it need some force to get it in. Anyone got any recomendations as to what to use to press it in place or other ideas as to how to fit.
Calipers are attached to the car but off the disk.
