6082-T6 (HE30) grade Aluminium. Good enough for making caliper adapters?

For 4-pots on a 310mm brake disc.

I would'nt have thought so, it suitable for machining (as in its easy to machine) from memory its one of the more pliable alu alloys. I guess it really depends on how much of it you use & really needs some calulations to be sure.

25x25x200mm. Its usually referred to as 'Engineering grade'.
