To convert to discs you'll need a new set of drive shafts, hubs, callipers, discs and hoses.

Bear in mind you'll need 12" wheels (almost all 10" wheels won't fit without ridiculous spacing), because the tracking will now be slightly wider, you'll need to change the rear drums to the ones with the built-in spacer. Because of the wider track you'll also need to make sure your wheel arches still cover the wheels.

Adjustable suspension is achieved by the use of threaded trumpets (commonly referred to as Hi-Lo's which are Mini Spares versions or Adjust-a-Rides from Mini Sport). These replace the standard alloy trumpet and screw in to lower the Mini or out to raise it. The ratio's for adjustment at 3:1 at the front and 5:1 at the back (i.e. if you want to lower the front of your Mini by one inch, shorten the trumpet by a third of an inch).
