Hi,

Peugeot 206 needs a replacement door and I have a few questions. I've found a place selling doors for the right year (2002) car and the right colour (moonstone).

- will I need it resprayed anyway to the right shade?
- will the trim level be ok - its not mentioned and not obvious in the advert. Trim is ok on existing door so could it be transferred?

Not a job I want to attempt myself partly because I don't have time but mostly because my attempts at bodywork are usually pretty hopeless.

What is a fair price for a bodyshop to sort this out for me if I provide the donor door?

Can anyone recommend somewhere near Bournemouth/Poole/Upton/Christchurch etc? Car is not the P&J but looking for a fair price for a fair job.

Thanks.

50-100 quid to swap the door and lock over. If the door you've got is original paint and the same goes for the adjacent panels on the car then it should match pretty good, if not then expect to pay around 3-400 quid to get it blended through and the whole side re cleared.
