Been an autoglym man for the past few years but recently tried Meguires ultimate wax paste... Easy to apply but I found it difficult to buff off... Any advice? Does leaving it longer make it easier to buff off?

Thanks

Maybe using too much product. You can also lightly spritz the foam applicator with water to keep it slightly damp when applying the wax.
With Meguiar’s Ultimate Paste Wax, you should only need 2-3 small dabs of product per panel, and these should be applied as THINLY and EVENLY as possible.
Leaving the wax on for longer should not make any difference. You can either apply to a panel at a time and buff off or apply to the whole car then buff off.
It's a case of where 'Less is More'.

This stuff is soooo easy to use it sounds like over application.
Just a couple of wipes over the top of the wax with a foam applicator will easily cover a panel.
Apply in small over lapping circles, allow to haze and buff off.
