59mm/68mm Centre Caps?!

Hi all,
I'm having a total nightmare trying to find centre caps for my alloys!
Unfortunately they're a weird size, and I need caps with a 59mm internal diameter and a 68mm face, which doesn't seem to be a size that's easily available!
Anyone got any ideas of where I could get some? I'd be happy with some generic ones that are the right size.
