Porsche 977.2 C4S - stone chips to respray or leave

I am debating with myself the merits of having my front bonnet resprayed due to a number of stone chips. The car is original and in mint condition other than the stone chips. Part of me likes the fact I know it’s all original which stone chips demonstrate but on other hand the bonnet and bumper respray would finish the car in near perfect condition.
Wondering what similar owners think ie leave it or get it done?
If I do decide for a respray, the car is basalt Black I would be looking for a recommendation of a top quality spray shop in North Lincolnshire or South Yorkshire. I am not convinced that the Porsche recommended spray ships would be any better than a true professional paint shop and paint sprayer and probably save money in the process.

If you respray it you'll only get a load more stone chips
I don't think a front end blow in will ever match the quality of the original factory paint
