I am restoring a fibre glass car, when I bought the project the body was in primer and looks very good (they always do in primer )The seller had a nice collection of classics and I don’t think he will have skimped on preparation costs,he was selling due to health problems. The shell was probably painted over 2 years ago, there are no signs of shrinkage or any other issues. What is the best process to follow.
Thanks Baz

What kind of primer is it ?
2k primers are porous and aren't meant to be left for any length of time without being over coated.
If it's had epoxy primer on it should be ok,best ask the guy
