Minimum effort, maximum results

Hi folks,

I've recently moved to Queensland, Australia and picked up a nice VW Golf 7.5 in Tornado Red. It's pretty sunny here(!), so I want to ensure it doesn't end up Tornado Pink! With kids and a busy job, I don't have weekends to spend hour after hour making it beautiful. It'll be more of a case of a pressure washer and minimum time!

So really looking for advice on a couple of products. Firstly some sort of after wash that I can ideally just spray on to protect the paint from UV and generally protect it. (Spotted the thread on "Best spray-on aqua wax or post-wash coating?" but no mention of UV protection.)

And secondly as it has black leather, what's the easiest way to keep them clean and soft so they're ok in the sun.

And if it's available down under, even better!

A lot of them claim to offer UV protection but I'd take that with a pinch of salt.
Maybe look toward a professionally applied ceramic coating, I'm not sure if the detailing scene there is as mad as here!
Could you cover the car if the weather is good all the time to stop the sun baking it?
We can't here as the covers outside do more harm than good.

I bought Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray as a long term protection for my cars. After cleaning the car it takes 10-15 mins to cover a car - spray on a panel/glass/alloys/plastic, wipe around, buff off. It's so easy to use that I use it after every wash - overkill yes. And the £11-£12 bottle last 3 months over 6 or so cars.

I currently use Turtle wax too but the seal and shine, its very good and easy to use as suggested.
I tried it on a wet car last week for the first time and it was very easy to do.

I use 303 graphene nano coat, and find it works well, and is very quick and easy to apply.

303 are pretty good with UV stuff and the FAQs say that the graphene spray provides UV protection.
