Buy a cheap gazebo. Just keep an eye on the weather forecast.

Alternatively council garages are usually cheap, circa £15pm round our way, might be an option.

Maybe, sell the car and buy another in a different colour?

I think I’m going to purchase a cover, any scratches will be an easier fix than potential fade, or worrying about it anyway
I'd be more worried that the cover may cause micro blistering than scratches.
You're worrying about nothing in my view
I think you just need a breathable cover to avoid that, don’t you?

It's a 90's car has it faded during the last 20 years? Wouldn't worry over 3 months use.
Failing that, bring it up to Scotland. Sunny the last few days so likely raining for the next 6 month!

This little Renault spent it's life in La Rochelle. The paint had broken down so completely that it had the texture of 800 grit abrasive paper.
