Pro-detailing - excellent service

Hi

Just having my first foray into car detailing (one of my cars is my wedding car) and on recommendations from here decided to use the Bilt Hamber Lamboratories kit. At the time of ordering Pro-Detailing had an offer on so I placed the order with them.

There were a few problems with the order (ambiguous address, slight crack in the jar) and these have been resolved quickly and efficiently by Norman. Can't recommend highly enough based on this customer service. Can't speak for the kit at the moment as waiting for the weekend before I try it.

I used them recently and they were excellent.

They were so helpful and they put to shame many other companies who need to take a leaf out of their book.
