Porsche 944 Bodywork Repairs

Hi,
I have a 944 S2 that is just starting to rust at the front and rear edges of the sills (bubbles visible right at the edges). The right hand side also needs a little bit of attention half way down the sill.
The rust at the front and rear form part of the front wing and rear panel respectively and panels are EXPENSIVE so I'd rather not have to replace them.
Ideally I'd have the areas cut out, plated, welded, and repainted but want a very good quality job and as usual at a reasonable cost.
So, has anybody got any recommendations for a cutting, plating, welding, painting guy in the North West preferably Lancashire?
