Here's a strange one. I have a classic Impreza and want it to look like anything other than what it is - ideally a Proton or similar - boot restyling would be a good start. Anti plod and all that. But, I don't know of any chop shop that could take on the job, it needs a 'creative' and skillful bodyshop to do the work. Any ideas?

This stealth enough? Not sure what bodyshop carried out this fantastic example of an escort turbo though so sadly I cant give you a number or a contact for them to quote you on your Subaru, many appologies...

I see you're in the Isle of Man, where are you prepared to travel to?

Are you serious about this?

Would it have to be a replica of a current car (like a Proton as you scarily suggested) or would a creative, new restyle be of interest to actually improve the Impreza's looks (I like them but it'd be interesting to see what could be done)?

Do you have the funds (don't respond to that directly, I will assume that if you're interested then you have) and interest for a 'proper' project or are you after just throwing something together?

I know of a superb creative bodyshop in Lancashire with an in house designer but I doubt they'd be keen on making a car look like a Proton.
