How to get scratches out of glass?

If it an easy thing to do? or near impossible?

If got 3 scratches about 50mm long each on my rear window and wondering if its a difficult thing to be able to "polish" out?

probably get flamed for this, but t-cut will work.you might have to have several attempts at it but it will work

If you go to any local glass / double glazed unit supplier they will have some stuff called jewellers rouge , It's a very fine powder to which you add water to make a fine paste , this will get it out, will take a while by hand but you can get an attachment for an electric drill which will speed things up

You have to bear in mind though that side windows are tempered, so will take a LOT more polishing than a windscreen.

The best you can hope for is to reduce the sharp edges of the scratch, you'll not remove them.
