205 Gti - White marks on exterior plastic/bumpers?
Discussion
Due to having some work done on my garage, I have had to leave my 205 gti out on the drive for the last week or so. It has been garage stored most of its time with me and only really used in the dry.
It has been rained on over the last few days and has developed some white marks on the bumpers; I have tried searching on here and googling but haven’t found anything specific. The marks seem to be the same sort of size/shape as rain/water drops or patches.
The marks are only on the front, rear and one side of the car. The side which is up against the house (probably shielded from the rain a bit more) is fine.
I have attached some pics below, the marks don’t seem to rub or polish off, apart from these the car is in great condition so I'd like to get them sorted out, any ideas?
Cheers
Jim

This is a pic of the car taken just before christmas, no marks on the bumper so they do seem to have developed over the last week with the rain.

i can almost 100% say that these are drying marks from the water. if they are not coming off with normal washing, get some meguiers super degreaser cut 10-1. Brush on and aggitate with a tooth brush or similar, rinse well and dry. Once fully dry apply a good plastic dressing such as swissvax pneu.
