Hello All,

Need to get my 993 sorted out as it's truly filthy and one of the seats needs a bit of re-colouring. Any suggestions as to who to use in SW London or Surrey? I'm in Wandsworth but anywhere down the A3 would be convenient.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I carry out all the different types of detail work from my workshop only , so you would have to travel to me .

If it helps right outside the fast train to london victoria 35 mins , and only 2 short B roads from main dual carriage way to london .

Thanks for the recommendation - I'd thought about using KDS having heard the reputation but it just seems a bit daft to drive that far to have it done.

Will investigate Gleammachine.

You will be fine with rob from gleam machine wink
not sure if he undertakes leather re-colouring thou .

The distance wise has never been a problem for other customers , i would say that the bulk of my work is from surrey , London and essex not kent where i am situated .

A small list of distances travelled for some customers .

regular customer 5 cars per year from goodwood area (dropping off another tomorrow)
Manchester , swindon , cambridge , cardiff area .

I even have a couple of customers from surrey area who travel to bring their cars to me to carry out maintainace clean and wax.

But surrey and London seems to be my largest hit of customers

Got to take it to Kelly - he's a genius. It's not that far to go and it's well worth the journey. I had my M3 done there about 8 months ago and water still beads off it! A mate of mine had his car done by Gleam Machine and he was happy with his car to be fair but even he was impressed with the sheer skill of Kelly's work. He's the best detailer in the business and right next to the train station, so it's easy to drop and pick up the car without a lift.

... or just take it to Kelly and be done with it. I am 100% confident you'll be pleased you did.

Sounds as though I'm going to be lynched if I don't. Need to have Specialised Paintwork sort out a key scratch down the side first then will be in touch.

Cheers,

Kelly is definately the man for the job, it will be well worth the travelling. He could even sort out your key scratch. Give KDS a call.thumbup

This is true - what he can do to a car's paintwork needs to be seen to be believed. If you want your car to look better than new and relish a mirror finish shine, there's nobody else who'll do as good a job.

Hi

I was interested in detailing when I got my new car and I used Robbie at Valet Magic due to his reputation on various forums.

There are alot of detailers in and around London I am sure you will find someone that suits.

True but none of these guys are as good as Kelly. For example I bet none of them mentioned on here could get rid of orange peel. Kelly did an amazing job of this on mine! And as I'm the type of guy who likes to use the best but I also want value for money, he's just spot on.
